Boat tours must be prepaid within 24 hours of
reservation. We bring thermos water &
cups. Please order from 'extras' at time
of reservation.
2) Adults must accompany
and oversee children during boat tour, and are
responsible for their actions.
3) No
pets are allowed on boat tour, without prior
approval at reservation.
4)
Boarding for boat tour will take place at Marina
del Sur boat ramp, located at the primary entrance to the
State Park. Please be on time.

Group day trips require a non-refundable deposit
of $150 at reservation.
6)
Weather and winds in this area can be
unpredictable. We reserve the right to
cancel a boat outing at any time, based on
weather conditions for the scheduled tour.
7)
If, for some reason, a scheduled boat tour must
be cancelled, we will make every effort to
accommodate the customer's desired reschedule
time.
8)
Refunds will be made only in case of weather.
